        Hi all - yes ruby, my life is as hectic as yours - I am tearing round this morning to get ready for work -the phone rings and it is the PT people wanting to go over some stuff with me and set up appts - AAAGGGHHH - when am I going to have time to fit that in?? I also am supposed to be sorting out therpist appts - I have a course of dental work coming up. I work crazy shifts so trying to fit them all in is really hard - my house looks like a tornado has been through it, I am half way through decorating three different rooms, my garden - well, forget the garden. I am feeling just a tad bit stretched this morning! Apart from that I am feeling really good! Jan - I am so pleased about the way yesterday went - now just KNOW that the rest will go as well!! Panno - good morning to you too - love all the pics that you come up with too - you and Tone are a right pair. Tony - that one today is funny!!

        I have to finish getting food ready for work. Mid shift today so no more from me until this evening - hugs to all - Grateful, have a wonderful day, Vicki - take it slowly, Rog - hopefully more work for you?? Ruby - do some yoga and meds for me- I do not have time!!

          mimzey...you should see what the girls wear around here...unbelievable......they show EVERYthing and wear no bras, nothing...and some of them are huge......bodies, i mean...uummm...not boobs...oh, never mind

            goodafternooonn ...lol.. yeah i slept in today and im sore all over ... but need to cut the grass and start pickin avocodoes... with all this rain we are getting its growing like a weed... charge the battery for the trolling motor so i can take out the canoe and get lost for alittle sometime this week ..... but all and alll im doing ok ... so who wanted a canoe now LMAO LATER LOVE AND HUGS

                hI ruby mama sun Tony and rog I'm sat in my apartment with pj's on about to watch a film - ruby I wish I had half of what you do somedays my job is not very busy at the moment (property!!) but I'm lucky they keep paying me and promoting me so I don't go!! They just hoping it turns around in the next 12 months but think it will be longer myself - but hey ho onwards and upwards as they say. I'm going to watch a film called the lost weekend it's about a writer who goes on a 3 day bender - it protraying the devastating effects of alcholosim!!

                Mama glad it went well yesterday and I'm sure thurs will go great xx

                            Time

                            Hello all,

                            Thank you for all the well wishes. You guys are super encouraging. It?s nice to be able to read your posts when I need a pick me up. I know I?ve only been AF for a little over a week but this is tuff. OMG! There is so much time. All of a sudden, I have all this time on my hands. Most people complain about not having enough time in the day but when you are drinking the time just flies by. I guess I didn?t realize just how much.

                            I normally get off work and head to the bar or the liquor store and then the night just flies by. Now, it?s crazy. I?m avoiding the bars etc. and going straight home. I?ve cleaned my bathrooms, vacuumed more than once, and cleaned the floor boards in the kitchen, caught up all the laundry and I even started exercising last night. I went for a long walk just to kill some time. When I got home it was only 7:00 pm. I?ve watched a ton of movies and more TV than ever before. (Side note: I actually can remember what I saw on TV last night and I can remember the details of the movies. Normally, I?m fairly tipsy and can?t even remember if I watched TV the night before.)

                            Anyway, I ordered the book, so I guess I?ll start reading to fill some of the time. BTW ? My friends are complaining they miss me because I haven?t been at the bar. I haven?t decided how to handle that yet.

                            Thanks again for letting me vent.

                              Hi all
                              Went to surgeon today says gall bladder loaded with stones and wants to take it out next friday. anyone had theirs out? Web says lotsa people have problems with it gone. Not sure about it. Think Survivor starts tonight but not certain. I hope so its the only thing we keep track of much. Been working and running around like crazy this week. Really tired....later on

                                Welcome back, cse.....first, congratulations on 1 week AF - that is great! I can relate to not remembering any tv programs I had watched the night before while I was drinking....it's a shame. I am so glad those days are over!! And I love having extra time to do things around the house. I hope you'll keep posting here..this is a great, caring place to be.

                                Bird...my daughter had her gall bladder removed about 1 month after she had her baby...she has had no problems whatsoever....I think it is a pretty common procedure now and it can be done as an outpatient. I think you are right about Survivor!! I hope you get some rest.
