                    Biz, are you making fun of my lingerie???
                    Those are my oldest and youngest grands in the pics, (except for the 20-y/o step-daughter of my son, who has abandoned us.) I know I put a lot on emphasis on Jack, but he's the only biological grandson, and he's SO much like my Daddy it's almost spooky. Even my very level-headed daughter says he spent time in Heaven with 'Daddy Neal' before he was born. (Daddy died May 3, 2000, and Jack was born on November 22, 2005). I know in my heart that Daddy is still watching my boy, and Jack's daredevil, loving, gentlemanly behavior is SO like Daddy. His teachers practically swoon over him, and I'm just blessed to have him, and all the rest of my beautiful, healthy grands. Riley is beginning to understand his adoption, but we tell him constantly how much he is like the rest of us, how he even looks like us, and he is the SWEETEST child I've ever seen. Jack and Ry are closer than most brothers, and their crazy sister, AB, keeps us on our toes constantly. I wish Rick's girls had had the same care of their lives that Tip's kids have, but I'm here, and watching over them. And Momma Hazel and Daddy Neal are watching too. Family is the most important thing, and putting the grandchildren first is my priority. I wish I hadn't lost so much time to AL, but regrets are useless, the present is the important thing.
                    For you new people, this is a pic (don't laugh!!) of Hubs and me with our grandchildren, the lights of our lives, on our deck after a day of swimming in July.

                              Wow Jan - those are nice flats! and don't you be worried - if they didn't think you could do it, then you wouldn't have got this far in the interview process! You can do anything that you set your mind to - and you know it! Now we just all have to wait - do they have any idea at all how many people are involved in this? they need to get a move on because we are all going to get ulcers if we have to wait much longer!!!!!!

                              Hi all - sorry I wasn't around earlier - laughed at those undies!! All I can say is "my goodness".

                              Bird - do hope that you get to feeling better - i know it can take a while - hugs and prayers for you in the meantime.

                              Biz - hope that you enjoyed church - Grateful - no worries about e-mailing. i have not been on the computer much today - trying to catch up on the mess I made with the painting yesterday and sorting out other stuff. Back to work tomorrow for two days then two days off again - yeh - I love vacation days!! Hope that you are feeling better??

                              Ruby - glad that you are going to start recouping some of the money that chap owes you at last - it has been such a hassle for you.

                              Glad to hear that Vicki is doing okay - will be pleased though when she sees her doc and finds out what is going on - also NORA! What is going on with you and your side?? Please let us know won't you?

                              Jan - thanks for chatting even if you do think I am a marshmallow LOL It was good talking with you and I feel pretty good today. I have done all manner of stuff round the house and am changing my mindset!
