Oh and I phoned the big bosses yesterday to tell them I'm out of commision for at least 4 weeks. After that one little phone call I felt like a massive weight had been lifted. I've worried myself into a corner thinking I hadn't given it a fair go but I've been at this for over 7 months.

Luckily they've got a new batch of people coming through so hopefully he'll get a male mentor, which is what he wanted in the 1st place.

Rightio I'm orff to de-scale the shower head ........but the question is can I stand the excitement.

Oh and I'd better get the spare room sorted just in case Carl wants to stay.
