      Hi guys and gals,

      Sorry not to have been in touch for awhile but I have had a weird last few weeks. I hope everyone has been doing ok. I have not been able to read back so not sure what is going on with everyone.

      My mother has not been well so we have based ourselves down with her for the last while and she doesn't have internet. I only got back to my own place yesterday as the kids had to go back to school. I have also been really busy with work and this is my first day off in awhile.

      I'd love to say that I have not been drinking but I have. I am actually thinking of getting to an AA meeting tonight if I can. This is something i would have never considered before but at this stage I will do whatever I need to do.

                            OMG - I really think I will try to get to that AA meeting tonight - those videos are dreadful -if I end up doing something truly awful like that to the general public like that I will curl up in a corner of the bathroom and shoot myself

                            Oney..there is a meeting at 8.30 tonight in Navan..this is about a 15 min drive away but that means having to ask my husband (as I am still not driving) who would be ok about it but we'd have to drag the kids with us which is late for them. Other option is for me to get the bus but the service is awful so I'd be gone all evening. But I will sort something out
