JC, the flan sounds wonderful. Funny thing, when I was young I didn't like cheese except for the mild cheddar made at our local cheese factory. Then at some time my Mom got a fondue pot and we had things with melted cheese and I think she used gouda or edam and it was tasty. But it wasn't til I visited Greece the first time and ate Feta and kasseri that I started to get into cheeses. I still don't eat a lot of different cheeses but I do like it now. And I make killer cheese pies....yum, yum.

I have an Australian veggie cook book and I needed to google some of the names in there. Did I mention I love talking food and cooking. Only surprise is, is that there isnt an ounce of fat on me, well maybe a few ounces but I should have an arse the size of a small country.
