Morning starts,

Have a very heavy day here, of to councillor read out finished draft i have been working on then at 2, bring it to a more senior level , not looking forward to it at all at all. but must be done as it is helping me with my journey.

My choccy thing brought it all back and that only lasted about 3 hours as opposed to three days
