well bugger me. i got a shock today..... LIME GREEN PEE!! after convincing myself id abused my body so much that i was turning into green slime i looked on the internet and found out its excess b vitamins. i just started a b complex with extra b12 (cant remember why but i convinced myself i needed it). appartently its just the body flushing out the excess.... hmm perhaps i dont need it after all.
