Hiya Stirly, its not a recipe really just something I slung together. Wild salmon baked in the oven then cut into bite sized pieces. 3 leeks chopped and gently fried in butter. Make up a white sauce, add dill s&p and mix in salmon and leeks, transfer to dish, top with wholemeal pastry and bake for 25 mins. Serve with mashed spuds.

Shrimp and egg sounds interesting, I have a lush fish and prawn pie that I put hard boiled eggs and spinach in and it is amazing.

I find the polish bread works best actually.

Just a simple one.....chopped vine tomatoes, red onion, oregano, Black cracked pepper and evoo...oh and wilted spinich on top.

So easy and much nicer than a chipper.

I don't know if it is chewy, I only ever use it for Bruschetta but it is really nice..yep from Lidl.
