I get that too, but I figure my job is to just pay attention, keep my spirits up and when the time is right, I'll be guided there. sounds hokey, but I haven't come up with a better option. And yes, some of my friends are on this page too. some aren't ready to wake up so to speak.

Reckon I could very well have/had issues with depression as when I was drinking heavily I used to sometimes just welcome those dark moods in. Kind of a famillar place, an extension of the escape I suppose.

When I was drinking I neglected supps and exercise. And everything else really.

I think whoever is in that position (be it Bush, Obama, or Old McDonald), the person is fulfilling a role to perpetuate the motion that is already in place. The Enrons, the Wachovias, the Merrill Lynchs, all that shit. And the global physical disasters all play a role in the changing of human consciousness.

Well all I can really think to say further on the matter is that the strength of the human character in adversity never ceases to amaze me and I am most certainly not speaking personally here.
