Just having a little gaze and a chat with Mr JC about the little cutie, hard to believe she hit the terrible twos about 6 months later and managed to pull her bedroom curtains and rail down while having a tantrum, oh and managed to get spag bog on the living room ceiling.

I get it from a pharamcy close to my office. They have a resident nursing sister. I go whenver I feel really drained and tired. Seems to give me a good boost.

I've been lax, however: ran out of my multivits as well as l-Glut over a week ago, and haven't made the time to get to health shop. I can feel it.

Strange as it may seem, but our Customs is getting really tight. I've had two orders impounded in the past 4 weeks (out of 2.... grrrrrrrrrrrrr), so I only order my bac from Inhouse and have it delivered via FedEx for an extra $40.00. Only sure way. It won't be cost-effective to go that route for vitamins & minerals. It's just as illegal in SA to import supps s it is meds. We have a local brand - Solal (not to be confused with Solgar) which is very good.

flipping eck i popped off for a minute and two pages later... every duck should have some duck tape. and no we dont have hosepipe ban anymore. it rained constantly when that was in place. i was just hosing puppy poo down.
whats the diff between having shots of b vits and tablets... the lime pee seems the same for both... such fun, im not bored with it yet. no good in coloured loos though. has to be white for the full effect

Good evening Troopers - Good afternoon to those of you in the USofA.

As for JC-ette, she was a gorgeous little girl and cause I've seen pics and can verify, she is a lovely young woman. I sometimes look at photos of my guys when they were young and find it hard to believe that all those years have passed by so fast. Oh well, hopefully I'll soon have grandkids to take pics of and show off to my friends.

Zennie - we actually sell duct tape at our store - 3M brand. My Mom saw this ad and sent it to me. Laughed myself silly when I saw it. (I bet it hurt like hell when he ripped it off. Also depending on how far down it went, it might make taking a poo a bit of an adventure to say the least)
