        You can always use the bike,go brisk walking, swim,a few weights at home.. costs little to do,

                            Wasn't she. Yep 24, I've just worked it out by the trousers I've got on......size huge. I'd just had the son and heir so she'll be coming up 2.

                              Turning out to be quite an evening...

                              Dropped the cubs off at school so they can attend concert rehearsal.

                              Came back home: Mrs. T in tears and on the point of vomiting - killer migraine in the making

                              Off to pharmacy to buy migraine cocktail.

                              Put Mrs. T to bed.

                              Trying to salvage what was supposed to have been a nice dinner.

                              Off to fetch cubs in an hour.

                              How the bloody hell is everyone else?

                                lovely sunny evening here... enjoying it while i can, dont suppose itll last too long. ive been having a miss fixit moment on my hose pipe... bah feckin humbug.... i got soaked... several times... will i ever learn... JUST BLOODY LEAVE IT.
                                Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
