    Nutritech All One Question Please

    Hello

    I am strating the detox recommended in the book (vits and sups only), I have done this before but the Nutritech All One powder is vile. Could anyone advise please if the All-One (Nutri-Tech) Tablets For Travel are just as good please?

          I think the issue is that the other formulas do not have the same level of amino acid content, and the amino acids are a very important part of the formula early in recovery - trying to boost up what is a deficiency for most of us. I believe that is why the Original Formula is recommended. We are fortunate to have some real supplements gurus here so I hope someone can confirm (or not).

          I used all the MWO recommended supplements (and CD's, low carb diet, and exercise) when I frist got sober. I believe it helps if you follow the whole program.

          My favorite ways to take the All one were either blended in with a protein shake, or shaken up with tomato juice.

          Choking down a supplement to make an AF day a little more possible is worth it in my book.

            It's not so bad taken in an Actimel and a splash of orange juice..I can manage it no prob and I am a faddy bint.

                I put the all one in a smoothie - 1/2 banana, frozen berries, ground flax seed, rice or almond milk. It really does have to be rice or almond milk (for me). I use the nutritech calciium complex too.

                  I agree the All-One powder is gross tasting, even if you put fruit in it. I would like an alternative myself. Anyone?
