I'm really pleased for you and with the way you are dealing with your Dad, what an accomplishment. I've been watching to see how you are getting on and it's amazing how the month has flown in. I'm on Day 15 AF and heading for the 30 days so it's inspiring to see others ahead of myself coping and achieving their goals.
