Stupid FECKER day 2 AF, Again.
Drank 4 days in a row so the shakes don't seem to be going to appear. But absolutely no sleep last night so feel and look like crap. I can't believe I risked everything I gained to feel like shit!:upset::upset:

Totally just a "fuck it" moment. I'm loading up on supps and water. Think I should have gone back on the supps as soon as I had baby, as I couldn't take them then. And missed checking here to you crazy lot, just not enough hours in the day. Will just have to make time.
