          Do you know I haven't really a clue,I stopped counting days AF and had started to count weeks pregnant. Would need to look it up but its about a year ago because I know I was off it before I got pregnant.

            Thats what worries me a bit. We are never really out of the trees with this.
            We have to continually keep working at it
