Well for us it is to be fairly good, I think. Might head to the forest park for the afternoon with the 2 wee ones, the walks there are lovely and your under the trees should a shower come along.

Looking at a lot of things over the last few days Mario. Figuring out why I have let myself slip, complacency is one reason but there are many others mostly forgetting to put in the effort at what works for me. I dont have that luxury.

complacency & getting into ruts are always with us ktab, we all need a motivation to start the morning & sometimes just not drinking isent enough,imo. :-)
