Apologies for my ignorance: does the government provide educational assistance over there?

Third level course fees are free for first time students but not the 1500 average registration fee, travel, books, living expenses etc.

                Morning Chilli.

Guys I have tried everything I can think of to get more business in without much success and applied for all sorts of work to keep me going but it appears self employed middle aged men are low on the list of requirements with unemployment at 14%. The lack of credit is causing small businesses to fail daily and people are just not spending through fear of what the future will bring. And there was a hugh spike in points requirements this year with so many people choosing to go back to third level with no work available. Its all very depressing.

I cant help thinking I could have achieved more had I stayed on in school but only had a year and a half in secondary education and really didnt get on in school.

Good morning, Yes, money worries-blah!!! This whole back to school and work time is a stressful one. It seems everytime I turn around somebody is asking for money for school supplies, swim class, new coat, shoes etc. The list is long. :upset:
