Thank you, Starty. I'm still trying to teach Hubs that. Nothing is worth slaving away for a few dollars. I'm REALLY altering my lifestyle, and Hubs is so entrenched in the 'need to suffer' lifestyle of his parents, he's having a hard time with it. I can only look to myself, and hope he follows.

I DO find joy in helping a young couple getting their own home, a start, and i'm a good landlord (but strict). I always tell them I give respect, since they are my customers, and I expect it back. But, unfortunately, I've learned I have to watch and be vigilant. I've made some wonderful friends over the years, and had unfortunate, learning, experiences with the court system. Everyone doesn't live the same way.

It's worth going even if it's just a chat, Starts. You're going through a really tough time at the mo.

It's 11 years ago past January that I had my 1st panic attack and a very large glass of wine sorted that out.........so every time I got slightly anxious it was a damned good idea for a drink. Until the panic attacks weren't panic attacks but withdrawal symptoms. Aaaaaaaaargh

Next time I'm going to my shrink, she's going to teach me to do self-hypnosis to help with that.

The bac has been brilliant at curbing anxiety, I must say...

now and again, when we flew to Ireland Dr :h gave me some 2mg of valium and I forgot to take one on the flight over. I've got a relaxtion DVD that I've been using and the breathing technique kicked in with out me knowing.

Here's a link to some info I Googled: Anxiety Medication: What You Need to Know About Anti-Anxiety Drugs

I know Zenners sometimes takes a Beta blocker. THe doc will prolly not prescribe an additional AD (which are supposed to help with anxiety as well)
