I plan on LOTS of housework and laundry
Make fairy cakes with the little one
Do some WiiFit this evening
Bring Alfie for a long walk on the beach

Thats not boring, sitting in doing nothing is boring. Pity about spotify, maybe try registering as a new UK member again?
Enough work till lunchtime I guess then a bit of paperwork and a few phone calls, pop in and out of here a bit then pop some L-glut before the witching hour, Nearly time to start thinking about what I fancy cooking for dinner. Footy on the tv later.
I have decided to try and finish going to the shops if needed before lunchtime, takes the temptation of picking up a bottle out of the equation, not that I am thinking that way at all today though. Just another little piece in the armoury.

I think your whole attitude has changed, you are more open and honest and you really want this.

Thats good to hear, thanks you know I value your opinion greatly. Shopping before the drink aisle opens in future is the plan. Seems a silly thing but when I think about it going in where you can buy drink at around the witching hour, which for me is 4-7pm, is just plain stupid.
