I'm well thanks Mario. Yep. Home until I have to go and collect the cubs from school again. Tonight is the opening night of their concert, so I can only go and pick them up at 9.30.

I only take them now because of my fear of flying so it's usually about an hour before take off.

Benzos do that to you...

On a more serious note: I was prescribed benzos by a psychiatrist who was also a family member the year Mrs. T and I got married. She gave me a 6-month repeat prescription with just the dosage to take. Nothing about safety or tapering off it or anything. The day they ran out and I crashed... sheesh. I didn't know that I was in withdrawal at that time (too ignorant), but was in a panic / anxiety attack state for over three days.
