I have put on 11 pounds, but I lost 2 yesterday because I didnt eat because I was afraid of puking.
Alfie barks at invisible passer by's too.
I smell of senseous Jasmine apparantly."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

In fact because we've got the big picture windows she barks constantly.
8.45 am barkity bark bark ............kids going to school
9.15 am barkity bark bark............kids going to nursery
In fact barkity bloody bark bark at every living thing, car, cat that passes the window. But there actually nothing there at all this time.
Speaking of television: I am quietly enjoying myself immensely. Our satellite decoder remote broke, so now they (Mrs. T and the cubs) have to get up to change channels. You should see them arguing about whose turn it is. Especially when one of the cubs have to stay there so Mrs. T can channel-surf without the remote...I'll do whatever it takes

I dont realise how much im on my feet until I take some time off and then go back. I cant walk after work for the first week, my ankles swell, and I walk like John Wayne in the morning. After a week or 2 im fine, but its one of the best weight loss programmes going! Plus, your not eating regular meals, or snacks. 1 good meal a day. If your lucky!!To Infinity And Beyond!!
