Hi all. Hope all is well in the army. Had a great day with Erin. Went to the park and watched the local rugby team, and then went to my parents for the evening and had a curry. Was going out tnt, but Erin asked to stay,. Theres always other nights to go out with friends.

They're made with bran (and extra rolled oats) & bananas. Just a little dash of plain icing on top with some muesli sprinkled over - that's optional. You can have then just as they are as well.

It only happens every once in a while, BB. Or so I hope - it's been happening a bit more often lately. I do allow myself some time off in lieu - like leaving work a bit earlier one day next week.

Nope. No overtime pay. But as I said: it's the exception rather than the rule. I don't really mind. It's a great company to work for.
