    Greetings

    I woke up at 3.30 a.m. - wide awake & feeling rested. Why, oh why? :upset:

    I'll go and potter around quietly. Even the cats are giving me the evil eye for disturbing their slumber.

      Im aching after some serious off road mountain biking yesterday, I was bloody exhausted last night and thought I'd sleep for Portugal! Woke up with my whole body throbbing and my mind in overdrive....

        Sorry the sleep fairy missed you out.
        Chilly, sometimes if we are over tired sleep is evasive.
        I have been sleeping very well lately, but if truth be told I think thats the pills.

        Whats everyone up to today?

          Good Morning Starty
          When I was drinking my sleep was awful, there were frequent 3am bouts of anxiety that prevented me getting back to sleep. Since being AF I have had the best sleeps of my life even when I've been down or stressed and I think you're right about being over tired.

          I'm probably a bit excited too, my parents arrive today for two weeks! I'm leaving Thursday for a long weekend in Birmingham to visit a friend and they will be here to dogsit.

                  And then make a list of everything you have in your life to be grateful for.

                    KTAB - do the hokey cokey it cant help but make you feel good
                    I had it on my iPod the other day i was out on my bike and I was shaking my arms and legs in and out like a loon....
