Rambo - the MWO's daddy has a big ugly bald spot on his bottom, it wasn't there this morning, now he's pulled all the hair out and it is bruised and red, I wonder if a spider bit him. Any of you doggie people know? It looks like a hot spot but has goo coming out of it.

Oney, glad to hear you're feeling better. It really sucks being sick and especially if you've got wee ones to mind.
            Hiya JC and Zeps...

No pictures please. Either of the dog or someone's fanny....no matter what it means

Doesn't seem to bother him, but it sure is ugly, he sleeps in my old van at night because he refuses to go in a kennel - the spiders in there are huge, I wouldn't be surprised if I went to let him out one morning and found him wrapped up in a web like a fly.

It's to one side of the base of his tail JC, if it was higher on his back I would have thought it was a hotspot. It would be as round as a tennis ball. I sprayed some miracle mist on it and will see what it's like in the morning.

I've never seen a greyhound do a bum shuffle but I had a bull terrier that could turn a corner while doing them - it was hilarious:H

Are you fecking kidding me??? You like these monsters?? The biggest one can grow to one foot across and have fangs an inch long. Cripes. Freaks me out just thinking about it......

And all spiders, big or small have poisonous bites. Just might not have enough to give you a reaction if one bit you but they can be dangerous. Mr. Stirly got bitten on the back of his thighs one summer while sitting in a rattan chair. Didn't pay to much attention to it at the time. The bites were kind of like mosquito bites. Took almost 3 months until they finally healed and disappeared.

My Freddie bum shuffles quite often. I guess he's trying to scratch an itch....

Black Bess has started to use the bum shuffle as a form of greeting

I was thinking of a tick bite, but come to think of it that's normally round the collar area and I won't say what I was thinking the bum shuffling was as it'll put Stirls off her lunch.

It is embarassing when others are around, especially kids because his willy pops out when he does it and they always ask what he's doing. And the willy's quite red and they always notice it and laugh. Okay, TMI...
