hey guys...just being silly about the ignoring part....I got my Twelve steps of Buddhism too......I have fallen asleep every time I start reading it....and NO...Coco....no package yet, but is on the way!!!

Hi JC & Mama B, just liked the different take on the religious aspect of the 12 steps. The perception of that part puts a lot of people off I think. Apart from which we could all learn a thing or two from buddhist teachings and philosophies I think.

Now then re your falling asleep, you are'nt supposed to be doing the meditation while you are reading the book you know :H

The sad thing is the other day I saw a lad with his jeans half down. He wasn't being fashionable he was carrying 2 bags of heavy shopping and trying to hitch them up as he was walking. Awwww Bless.
