yep JC he's settled in ok, at first he didn't have anyone to play with, but then thats norm I guess as he's new at the school..but it's getting better, he was cheeky and pretended he couldn't read very well or write...
both of which he can do very well...even if a little slow, but he can.....

so last thursday afternoon I took all his new toys away and told him he could only have them one by one if the teacher tells me he's been working, and she's giving me what he doesn't finish home to do...!!

he must maintain it as they are given for working they will be taken away again for not working...!!

Thats the way to do it!! Let him scream/bawl/moan for them and do NOT give in. He will soon get the idea..no work = no toys...

Hello Army.

Looks like the barracks are deserted at the moment. Just popped in for a quick eeky:.
Had a lovely day. I was up bright and early and off to my first meeting of a women's group that I heard about lately. Don't really have time to go into details but it was great. I went as a guest and can continue that way or put my name on the list to become a member. Was there til after noon hour and had lots of housework to do when I got back so have just now sat down to post a quick message. Will read back over the posts when I get a chance. Hope you are all having a lovely day as well...

Went to the the docs this morning and on the Aunty D's for another month.
Spent this afternoon thinking about me bezzie mate, who died 5 years ago today from breast cancer. Remembered her with smiles, cos by God we didn't half have some laughs.
