We grow lots of ginseng here in my state. Unfortunately, the crop this year took a terrible hit- spring snows caused a lot of damage. I've had ginseng tea, and it didn't taste like dirt to me...what are you guys doing to it?

Fen, I buy Korean Ginseng, it's meant to be the best in the world (so 'they' say) and it's in little granules over which I pour the water...I use 2 sachets as 1 is a bit weak.:h Mish :h
