Some people have been wondering how Dos Gatos started. Well - we owe it all to Fennel. She is the one that began it.
So here is the answer to the question. :thanks: FennelChook, the neighbors have been pretty good. I've lost it, though...not sure if it's the topa, or that I keep forgetting to take my other meds. I've been reading about Taco trucks in Eating Well magazine and decided to start up my own. I'm going to call it "Dos Gatos" after my own dear felines, and I'm going to use my neighbor's free range cats as carnitas. What do you think? Gatos carnitas? There's so many damn free range cats around here, I won't have to switch to possums for weeks.

This has nothing to do with anyone's posts but after the morning from Hell I have had at work, I'm thinking of renaming today "Passive Aggressive Monday" or "Watch Out Because I May Have to Punch You In The Face Monday". Whichever works.
Now that I am AF I have very little patience with knuckleheads.
