Meet Me At Dos Gatos
Love dried wasabi green peas.
I'm SO exhausted, I've called Hubs to call me at designated time to wake me if necessary. I'll give the account of my day, with Gracie at 5:45 AM, tomorrow.Shopping for her treasure, food, Halloween, and a few Christmas goodies thrown in. Think I could sleep a month. (wish I felt this way at 2:45 this AM! :Hsigpic

...singing...(sounds like) "Ta-reh-mah-lee-nos, Ta-reh-mah-lee-nos,"
and squeezing Timothy White sunscreen over their puffy, red, puralent flesh because they overdid it on the first day...
I'm BACK...(for now at least).
I have missed you all soooo much and was very touched to read you have been wondering where I've been. Coco, thank you for trying to lure me out with MP...had I been able to access the site I would have been thrilled to reply.
Sorry, everyone, about falling off the wagon and having to be hoisted up onto the truck. I'm not too worried about bugs, so the Arachnida Alimentarius , Diplododa Alimentarius and the Diptera Alimentarius which may be captured in the suggested web won't be too scary. Besides which, I've started Campral and the cost is prohibitive enough to keep me away from the booze.
Thanks Nora for the PM...It meant so much while I was missing you all to know that you all missed me, too.

Meet Me At Dos Gatos
I shall promise now to no longer groan or moan about my life....:0 but thanks for listening folks, I'm amazed I did not turn to the bottle yesterday..but better today!
I do have a question for anyone though? I have a 3 yr old daughter who hates her strawberry-blonde curls! She blames her Dad (well it is his fault) and wants dead straight hair like myself and her big sister! It is lovely hair (think Shirley Temple) and she hates it with a passion.
Every morning I have to brush it as straight as I can and then contain it in numerous headbands to subdue its rampant spirals!
It tried showing her pics of beuaitful stars with curly hair and even Shirely herself..and she said unto me....
"No Mummy, don't show me that...I don't like it, don't ever show me that again..."(standing with hands on hips and frowning at me disaprovingly)
Now firstly, who'd have ever thought a 3 yr old would even 'care' about her hair like that? WTF?????? And secondly, what the heck do I say to that???
Any suggestions?
By the way mama- we've cross posted heaps....HELLOOOO!!!!!!:h

Mish, I had an APB out on you, love!!
My son has beautiful, poker-straight blonde hair.
Daughter has gorgeous, long curly blonde hair.
He used to try and curl his, she straightens hers. Go figure. My grands do the same things, and I chide them over it constantly. I have the worst, most problematic hair EVER, and would kill to have theirs, but NO, I've got the weird stuff!!
Anyway, Mish, I'm tying a rope around your middle, and will snatch you right back up if you jump off again, you hear!!??sigpic
