    Sorry I'm late! Here are the omelets you all ordered...plus, I have some veggie pizza with goat cheese from last night. Nora, please forgive me, lol! I'm being forced to be social with our house guest. :H

      Seriously, though...as an introvert, and somebody who is doing very well at not drinking, it's hard to have her here. I *think* she's leaving tomorrow, but I'm not certain. Mrs. Fennel allowed her to stay, and the whole thing is very open ended, which I hate.

          Glad you like the pizza...it has eggplant, portobello mushrooms, garlic, red peppers and tons of fresh goat cheese. And yah...even if you do call, I won't be able to speak freely. Maybe I'll call you when she goes out for the evening.

                OOOH PIzza! My favorite! I love seafood pizza, any pizza really!
                IAD- hubby is like you, its not a meal if there is not dead animal involved!Freaky pic by the way!Just hoipe she doesn't have a cleavage rash or anything
                Fen- I'm shockiing with having houseguests, I like my space and always feel 'invaded' when people stay, shouldn't but I do! It must be hard with them drinking too....isn't it amazing how when you don't, you can actually see just how much people do put away. When you're doing it yourself, you don't see the refills!

                    Yikes - it they watched me they would probably have noticed my glass was empty before I left the kitchen. That I topped up my guests' glasses so I could REFILL mine! That I made extra trips to the kitchen under the guise of retrieving some absolutely essential item so I could REFILL again. (Course at the time I was sure no one was onto me!!)

                          Trust me...I know I was no prize. While visiting friends, however, I've always been able to maintain some sort of control. Houseguest has really made herself at home! :H

                            I'm the same way. Mrs. Fennel and I are introverts. I do enjoy guests for a weekend or a night or two. Anything beyond that begins to feel taxing.

                              I don't think it feels taxing. It's more a feeling of wading in wet, hip-deep cement naked. Horribly inconvenient and very exposed.
