Well I think this would serve the lady well:
egg n cream cheese burrito with some yellow peppers, a dash of celtic sea salt and cayenne
pink grapefruit juice blended not stirred with a serving of greens powder
warm herbal tea - green will provide digestive aid and some energy

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, just my luck. I'm gone a few days constructing my "Sobriety Wall" as a celebration and monument to my happy AF life, (thanks to all of you here at MWO and, in particular, Dos Gatos, although Techie, aka Sarge and Boot Camp, Underoos and now Journeyers rate a special mention) and I miss Coco. Simply devestated, Dahling, but hope you'll be back again soon.
The purpose of the walls is really to enclose my vegie garden at the back of the house, so I can contribute organic fare to the Taco Truck menu. No hairs involved in the wall, so they've been growing longer and longer as I've worked. I have a little chaff bag that they use to feed horses tied around my neck to keep the chin hairs out of the mortar. Not a good look being stuck to the wall by the chin!
Weather is gorgeous here, wish you were all here to share it. Fen, nothing like a good workout on a project, is there? I'm in the process of putting up an outdoor retractable shadecloth blind to keep my weiro safe from maurauding birds. Power tools ahoy!!!!
Ruby, it's so great to have you back again. The Taco truck might need a bit of a shake up but we've been doing our best to keep things rolling along at a steady pace, many thanks to Fen's wonderful breakfasts. Yummy.
