Actually, I drank caffeine free, but apparently even one a day is very bad, especially for women, for your health. I just can't find the appropriate fizzy drink now, since I love the fizzies. Since they can clean toilets with them, and I was drinking copious amounts, AND they cause weight retention (40 mg sodium) I've been cut off.fennel;1282943 wrote: Rubes, why did you have to give up diet coke? Tay and JC were eating my homemade chicken noodle soup today. JC said he'd never have any except from a can! And his mother owns a really country-style restaurant. Bean soup is still my favorite, though, and so easy.sigpic
