You may all slag but this is what i have had today.

Wholemeal toast and mursli bar

Bagel with low far cream cheese and smoked salmon.

Roast chicken potatoes, fresh carrot and peas. I did not have yorkshires or gravy.

Have my Bruschetta toppings ready for later.

Trouble is don't like cauliflower unless it's covered in cheese sauce

I found this really good honey mustard yoghurt dressing last week and have been yomping down salads with that on it. I remember going through a salad cream phase when I was a kid and had to have it on everything... even meat. I'm sure I grossed them all out. (Mission accomplished!)

It's dead easy to make a proper cheese sauce. Especially for a woman of your talents.

I know, I know.
Cook the cauliflower til al dente.
Try this. Saute an onion,with 3 or 4 rashers of bacon for about 4/5 mins. Chuck in about a tablespoon of plain flour, pour in enough milk to make white sauce, whisk til thickened, grate in some nutmeg, add salt and pepper, big handful of cheese and pour all over cauliflower. Stick it in the oven on medium heat til hot.

I don't really do recipes I just sort of chuck it in and see.
