                  I'm here Oney.
                  Just dropped in for a quick peek. Got back from the hospital a while ago. Mr. Stirly had a heart attack this afternoon and is in the intensive care unit of the heart clinic. Luckily the hospital is only about 20 minutes from here and they took care of him in the emergency room right away. Got him pumped full of drugs and on oxygen and a blood thinner. He's in stable condition but we won't have a full picture of how bad his situation is until tomorrow. They gave him a sedative so he's been sleeping since around 8pm. He had his first heart attack 10 years ago to the day. It was Monday, Sept. 25th. at 6 a.m. Funny how things can happen like that. I'm feeling rather surreal at the moment, like this is not really happening again. What can you do? Life has it's ups and downs.
                  I'm off to bed in a bit but just wanted to check in here first. Virtual family and all of that...:h

                        It sucks big time, Ruby. Yes, Oney. I'm not feeling that great right now. A prayer and a lit candle would be greatly appreciated you sweet girl.
                        Thank goodness I have my boys. They are, of course, very worried about their Father but are also concerned about how I'm holding up.
                        I'm really tired so am off to walk my dogger and then go to bed. The next few days will be very long indeed. Poor pooch is wondering where "Daddy" is. Laying there with a very sad expression in his eyes. If only they could talk then we could tell them what's happening.

                            Stirly - what a dreadful thing to have to go through. Thoughts are with you and Mr Stirly - and all fingers crossed for a complete and quick recovery. :l
