Some dry, bright, spells for a time on Friday morning, but wet weather will develop countrywide as the day progresses. That rain will turn very heavy overnight and for a time on Saturday, possibly thundery in places and it will become very windy in many places too. But clearer, more showery and less windy weather should develop later in the day and overnight. At this stage, it looks as if Sunday will be cool and breezy, with bright or sunny spells and scattered showers, cold overnight with some frost.
