    I had a party yesterday where I could manage the recomended limit.
    Today, hoping again to remain AF....
    Mood. .6/10 now in the morning.
    Does anyone has information about depression. ..I used to get depressed all the time about my marriage which I assume I have done wrong.
    Is the depression a non curable wound and we take antidepressant to minimize our pain? Like pain killer rather than treatment?
    Desperately seeking information. .

      kota have you tried getting professional advice,and in my opinion it wont matter were you live in this lovely world of ours it is how you live that is important.

        Good Morning!
        Yes,I had seen professional doctor 5 years ago and he prescribed antidepressant medicine the mild one which am taking since then. I had a couple of follow up with the doctor, after they stabilized in qty of medicine I left to visit.
        I am with antidepressant and Al together. ..

          Dears,
          we all understand what to do and not to
          .but why are lack behind Al .
          Actually we alcoholic should make another trust to investigate for the final solution.
          I have seen a politician who had got throwing shoes at him sometime before, now he is prime minister.
          That shows we should be stronger in our inner course rather than others define us who we are.

          Every power is within us but we need a guru to make it lighten.
          Just a sharing but seeking a guru.
