    Underoos and Friends - October

Morning all, right, did a stocktake on the supps last night and made the effort to take some this morning. Need to stock up on a few. I tell you what though ...... I remembered why I stopped taking the Vit-Min 75+ (which I got instead of the All-One because powdered supplements make me want to barf!) ..... them tablets are BIG. Had to drink about a litre of water before it dislodged itself from my throat.

Busy day coming up - see you all this evening.
Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

It does make a diff. But then again, it is possible that big $ vites are crap with big $ advert tabs. There are companies out there that have superior products and a price tag to go with but I don't like to do the distributor/network theme (for example Pharmanex and there's a company whose name escapes me but Zenny knows it). I'm a fan of Pain & Stress Center's 'Brain Link" and the All-One (vitacost) because I can TELL a difference when I take it.
Thank's Greenie. Hope to see your butt on shower night.

Morning Missy. Some more shot's of country south of Christchurch on tele this morn ay.

        Morning Missy and MrG,

Hell Reggie - in light of your posts last night ... do you know anything about this?

Ipswich tattooist charged over 40cm penis tattoo on man's back

A tattooist has been charged after inking a man with a 40cm penis design when he asked for a yin and yang symbol

A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been charged by police in Ipswich for allegedly tattooing a penis on a man's back - instead of the image he had requested.

The 25-year-old victim had been visiting the man, a professional tattooist, at his home in Bundamba last Wednesday when he was talked into getting a tattoo.
He wanted a yin and yang symbol with some dragons, but was instead shocked to discover the 40cm tattoo was of a penis with an obscene slogan.
He now faces considerable cost to have the image removed.
Police said the tattooing followed an argument between the men, during which the professional tattooist allegedly took offence at something the other man said.
The victim has also alleged he was punched and thrown out of the house following the tattooing.
The 21-year-old is due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 15 charged with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one charge relating to the Public Safety Act.

speaking of vitamin's, i occassionally buy a small bottle of yer average multi vitamin's, Cenovis, i think, from coles cause they're cheap. My question is, does the quality or style/brand of a multi-vitamin make much diff do you know? e.g. there are more expensive multi vits like 'Swiss', or the one De castella used to plug. Any idea if i'm better orf with those, or the cheaper multi vit should still do the trick? Coupled with good eating of course......
Morning G. or in my case almost afternoon, had a big sleep in on account of my head cold....aacchhoo...anyway theres nothing wrong with CENOVIS staight off the supermarket shelf multi-vitamins, they are fine and in some cases have more active ingredients than the big names. Anything made in Aus in usually excellent quality. Only other comment I have re multis is to take more the RDO which has been set by the powers to be to stop us from becoming TOO WELL and therefore less reliant on doctors and pharmaceutical companies.

                                Good to have you here.
I'm struggling through the vitamin and supplement issue at the mo too.
You can order them all onlinr from this site, but they are pricey, and between you and me, I'm scared of online buying.
So I went to a specialist vitamin shop, Googled the active ingredients of all the recommended supps, and did the best I could to get close.
As for L-Glutamine get it from the health food in Natures Own Brand....also better quality stuff from Body Building Suppliers (yep ) Mine is NOW Sports 1000mg caps....120 caps are 45 big ones ....EEEEK......but it's good stuff.

Also went for Natures Own Mega B supplement, and their Magnesium and Calcium.

I am still hunting, and also looking into taking Baclofen, a medication....which is a whole other story.

If you can get back on later on, I'll leave any relevant info for you. I agree though, it's exey and hard to find everything.

Good to have you here mate
