You know there will be a 2-3 week waiting period with your Bac shipment don't you ?

Vitamin/Supplement question. The smell of some pills makes me absolutely GACK! And even if I hold my nose and guzzle them down, they repeat for hours after, still giving me GACKAGE! Other pills don't do it at all. So ... what's that all about? Is it a coating or something? And, because I can't open them and sniff them before buying, is there any way I can tell from the label?

Hi Bridge, Yip I ordered the bac over two weeks ago, it did say delivery time was 10 to 15 days, but if I'd ordered from inhouse it probably would of been quicker, as there nearer.
Have your placed your order yet, if you don't mind me asking Lilly x

What about capsules? I know they can have a bit of a pong too, but.......or, vit/supps in powder form. Too pricey perhap's? Overdose on ya fruit and veg then?

The only obvious thing I can think of is to look for 'enteric coating' somewhere on the label.

Long story short it resists break down of the outer coating much longer, and by the time you get to the good gear inside, it's past the regurg stage....absorbs from lower stomach/small intestine instead. Small intestine absorbs a stack of our nutrients anyway, so no proby.
