OK - just checked the MWO 5-HTP and Melatonin I took about half an hour ago - no mention of 'enteric coating' but they DON'T stink anyway.

Good going with the pre-paid card Bridget. Similar to what i've done with my visa debit card. It's a new world for me. (call me dopey, old fashioned, or just plain slow to catch on)

Speaking of thing's in yer ear. Ear candles. I know i have some blockage in there amongst ear/nose systems, that affect my hearing a bit. When i hold my nostrils and blow out, my ears unblock, well, for a few seconds, then when i swallow, i lose a bit of hearing volume again. Hold nostrils and blow, and hearing clearer and brighter. Have had ear syringe flush at doc's b4 but wondering if ear candles might be the go? Any thought's? Anyway, i'm gonna give it a go and see.

Vitamin B are notoriously stinky.
I took some Mulitvits once during an anorexic stage, and abraded my stomach so badly that I couldn't stand upright for 2 days.

You have a little summat to eat with your tabs do you ? Even if it's just a good old fashioned Arrowroot bikky .

DO NOT stick anything in your ear, which is smaller than your elbow.....

Back to Dr. Ear canal flush with luke warm water.....no cold.

If no success...referral to ENT (Ear Nose Throat specialist)

Gees Mr.G - didn't know about Ear Candles. Did a quick Google via Wicky:

Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative medicine practice claimed to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal.
