Hey guys just dropped by to say hi.....back on the wagon again....might try one with round wheels and seatbelts less chance of falling off me thinks. Well day 5 so far so good, but been here before hummm. hope all you guys are good and achieving your goals. Trying to keep busy, no problem with work that is madness but in the arvo when i finish work that is when the cravings start.....anyway one and all have a great night, type ya all soon

Hi all, have'nt been here for a while, thought I'd pop in to say hello, I was doing good there for a while, managed 30+days af, and 14 days af, fell of the wagon last friday and sat, now on 3rd day af, fridays seems to be my problem day,

reggie I 'm thinking on taking baclofen to help, hope you don't mind me asking, but could you give info on it as well, I was just reading the earlier posts, hope you don't think I'm beeing cheaky, but I would really appreciate it, Lilly x

Just purchased bulk anti acne products for the boy today....which lead to yet another discussion about what is happening viz e` viz his body/skin/voice/face hair/other things that I would prefer not know about......

This is the little boy that I used to race round the supermarket in the trolley seat making racing car noises.......:upset::upset::upset:

I am an eternal optimist....don't get me wrong....
But I sometimes wonder why we spend so much time saying 'goodbye' to things in life...seems to outweigh the 'new' times somehow.

Anyway...I'm sure that simply reinforces the Buddhist idea of impermanence ....

Will do bridge, and your not silly, I enjoy reading all the comments, you all seem like really good friends, having fun. I was ashamed of myself for slipping up, was'nt sure what to do or where to post, but I'm realising now you are all so great, I'm beginning to feel more at ease now, thanks heaps Lilly x

The Zen view may be a bit Spartan.... may be a tad negative of a take on it mate.

Personally I think that life is a buzz....

But it vastly depends on 'ones' (our) attitude toward what we are experiencing.

Lilly..none of us are perfect, and we should probably give up on pretending to be perfect....who does that serve.? Not us...that's for sure.
