Hi all,

This is a really quick hello as working madly in the office trying to catch up as I am having some time off for at least a few weeks.... maybe longer.

I am having a procedure and will not be able to drive or do much of anything.

Am abit stressed as worried about boredom setting in but will have this site to come to.

Peoples enjoy your kids at home while you can... I was devo'd when mine left home and it took a long time to settle down.

Now I have the grandkids to keep me busy....so it's all good

I KNOW you Undies could really make the Progessive Tale rock with your wicked sense of humor, so PLEASE put your 2cents worth in ( or pounds, or Euros or WETF!!) It's supposed to be an ongoing tale with no storyline, the crazier the better. And i hate waking up in the morning (it's 11:48 Tues night here) and seeing Harold and Sylvia have not progressed! :H

A lot of reading and some reap ting but i do believe you need to be throughly informed.

I also believe it is desirable to undertake this method under the supervision of a Doctor.

However its hard to find one ..but your doc sounds great Boycie if you can convince him to read the book please try you can find it here ...I strongly recommend you both read it

Any way last piece of advice..some have found the side effects debilitating for me i had none except when i got to 300mg and experienced somnolence. Also in my opinion you don't need to go that high dose if you undertake the triation Al Free..i made the mistake of drinking while triating up..just dosent work for me however some it still does..remain AF and it truly works. Just my opinion ( ps wish i would have taken my own advice triated down and started drinking :upset: triating back up.

And lastly and most importantly purchase enough so you DO NOT run out like a lot of meds if you decide to stop you need to triate down slowly do not stop taking baclofen suddenly!!!!!

I do hope this works for you..GO SLOW triate up 5mg every second day if you feel the side effects...no need to rush .

Evening allstars,

Whats been happening while I've been out? Anyone eloped, divorced, got re-married. batting for the other side now, committed adultery, etc. etc. Shame of Saffy for being in a complete muck raking and evil mood eh? Smatter o fact, I spent some time on a bus today and had the misfortune to sit behind two ladies,dressed up to the nines, dripping in jewellery (not your K-Market stuff), talking loudly and vigorously about such matters. Bloody hell, It was nuff to make me toe nails blush It read like a who is doing who R-rated best seller to rival all them mens magazines. Where have I been all of my life?
