Shit - I've been so self-absorbed with head stuck in book all day, I missed the miners. I've jsut read the news and readily admit to having a big girly cry. I just cannot imagine. My love to them and their families who no doubt have been to hell and back. Please let all of them get out safely.

Ah, can there ever be too much lovage i ask?

I'm just watching t.v. coverage of the 21st Chilean miner released. Appear's he has not only his missus waiting for him, but his mistress too, bless him! This will def up the sale price of their story i'd reckon. Here's hoping the rest of the blokes get out safe and sound.

Drizzle, cloud, and about 16c here today.

Trust you to hone in that blokes marital situation et al!!!! According to she who must be obeyed, you and that bloke have a lot in common(good fer you I say). Seriously though, it makes my heart do backflips, frontflips and cartwheels seeing those fellas coming out of the mine. They will be changed forever, bonds forged with each other (hopefully all good) . Beautiful clear blue skies and about 14c here so far. BTW guys,I didnt get that job....got down to the last two..and they decided (or I did actually) that I wasnt happy to sack people if they didnt meet performance quotas. That is defo not up my alley. Me showing someone the door.....I would rather jump off a cliff! Anyway nose back to the grindstone, something else less brutal for me I think.

One time my babies had a rip roaring fight....I couldnt stop them...got frightened so I called the cops. In a flash they were at the house, five of em. Chasing the boys up the back yard! They have never been so traumatised. It did them the power of good though, as they have quit the alpha male stupidity and settled down to the sensitive new age guys that they are. Neighbours had gossip fodder for months:H:H
