G'day all, hope you are all having a great day, I've had another busy day in the garden, a few more calories gone I hope, Its now raining here again, I think its forcasted for rain rain all weekend, a well might have to dust off the treadmill, and get my exercise there,

Glad to see you getting into the exercise, it truly is so good for the body and mind...the only thing that lets me keep my tenuous grip on my sanity(and even thats a matter of opinion:H). Its raining here too although only lightly, I dont mind the rough weather though, as long it doesnt get too bad and flood everyone out. Have a lovely weekend, Saff x
