Morning Lilly, Regolater, Mr. Gman,

Got out of bed really late, still in the P.J.s and slobbing round the house today...nothing to do...nowhere to go...ah the bliss of being idle and really enjoying it! BOys are playing the Mario game in the lounge room reaalllllyyyy loud, dog sitting beside me on the floor asleep....what more could ya want. G. Rowan had a stall and an exhibit at the Mental Health Expo here, made some money and some friends (lovely). Reg so glad you came to your senses and put ya clobber back on, serious hypothermia issues otherwise...have a lovely time at your bros. Keep up the good work Lilly, your a legend. Love Saff xxxx

Hi saff, like you, I like slobbing around the house in ma pj, at the weekends, if not going out,im not gardening today, feeling a bit sore, I'm in the middle of making a patchwork quilt, for my youngest granddaughter, so might try and finish it today, one of the things I love doing, so slowly getting back into it again, have a great weekend Lilly x

Arvo slob's and other folk,

Ah Lilly, quilt knitting. One of life's great pleasures from the sounds of it.

Was a nice day out at the MH festival Saph. Some live music, tucker, free snag's in a piece of bread with onions and dead horse (hi Beag's ), lot's of folk about, and sunny skies mostly. One of the muso's was a singer songwriter called Heidi Everett, who has a few c.d's out. She sing's about her own mental health journey, and has a laugh as well. Another fellow got up and performed 2 of his own song's, and they were brilliant, i thought. His voice, and his expression was raw, and real. I know this fella, and sadly he is very unwell, but he is a survivor. He has a case worker, and support services etc, so i just hope he's getting the best care and support and option's as possible.

I've got relo's in south east gippy Reg. Have a glorious weekend mate.

Its Mental Health week over here too Mr G, I love to hear stories of people battling against their problems, we have a couple of clients who play and sing that use our service, I love encouraging them to come and share.

Well, since you asked :H
Today I kind of feel like a weight has been lifted. I know I still have some work to do on the house, and a few loose ends to tie up with her finances etc. But the funeral really felt like a turning point, it was so beautiful, the eulogies were amazing, and my brother and his family all did readings which were so appropriate and comforting.
It was the most emotional day I have ever been through, but its one I will remember forever for the right reasons. I really feel she would have been proud of us all.

Reg is spending the rest of weekend in deliverance country, though with his brother. Has finished his work, and will just relaaaaaaaaaax, till sundee.
