    Underoos and Friends - October

Done. Morning Missy! No time to trawl through email's, have you done your stretching yet? And what fuel have you put back in your body within 1 hour of training in order for muscles to repair?

So many question's, but 3 week's is so little time!

I think Julia's getting a bit of a fat arse. There seems to be the beginning of a bit of a duck like lower wobble.

            Morning.
Sitting here listening to garbage collection occur and playing 'Who has the loudest recycle bin'.

Mine was down to a noiseless 'plop' until I moved up here, and the housemate moved in (she who drinks copious beer)

Now we are almost winning the decibel war.

I keep telling myself that it is what I know and think that matters, not the neighbours.
But I really did love that shatterless, tranquil 'thunk', and the wholesomeness to which it alludes.

Just as well I loath beer and would not have it in my mouth, or else this could be a lot bigger probbo than noise pollution.

And again, a huge genuflect to Aspy for his stalwart, determined effort.

A little summat to start youz off.

Saffy - sorry you've got the lurgy. Can you eat through that bag?

So good to see Irishlady ("Just Like a Swimming Pool"), one of the old-timers posting today. She's been sober for four years. Another lovely woman who no longer posts, (Lorisunshine) has now passed the 3 year mark. MrG's done 2+ and now Aspy's a Solar Orbiter. Just makes your hear sing when you see people reclaiming their life.

I'm orff to Safeways. Ever noticed there's a sign in an aisle which says "Family Underwear"? Perfect for us, non?

              Hiya Bridge - LOVE Nina.

                    Morning all,

A beautiful day here after a week of rain.

Gotta do some office work that darling husband brought home for me then going to have a snoop around the boards.

I have never had such free time.

Though not being able to do the housework is giving me the sh1ts. WTF

But yes it is cos there is no other sucker here to do it!

I am gunna just close my eyes and breath deep because it too shall pass.

                    Hugs Shas

Arrrhhh its the little things that are the best thats for sure, I will be listening with baited ears next time for the shatterless thump of my own bin. I remember back when we had the re-cycle tubs in Tassie (we now have huge bins), going past the neighbours and looking at what they had in theirs in the way of bottles, casks etc. and feeling better about mine if they had some too...sad eh:upset: Thanks dog I dont eventhink of doing that anymore

Hi Saph and Underoos...I lurk for a read from time to time but found myself enveloped into the Dos Gatos thread of silliness.
Saph, have you ever gone out really early and put the empties into the bins outside the library or Community Centre...or behind the video shop...or just on the ground in a shopping centre carpark...:anon:
I found a site that may be of interest to Underoos...

I started on Nal yesterday and if it does it for me then I'll certainly consider 12 month implants (Naltrexone implants...I'd do boobie implants in a flash too).

                            Hi there Mish,

I heard about that doc in Perth and his naltrexone impants about 18 months ago. At that time I seriously considered flying over and having it done. The only thing that stopped me was that I was not quite ready to surrender and I knew that I would really have to be truly committed if I was to spend the money etc. I would do it in a heartbeat these days if I start to go downhill again. Having reached the place in this journey of full surrender, my treatment with mega vitamins is helping me immensley. I know that I have inflicted bio-chemical warfare on every cell in my body by drowning them in alcohol for so long, that it seems logical to mop up the damage. I have a lot of faith in megavitamins especially B3 , C, magnesium and multi B's. I credit G.A.B.A. with turning off my anxiety switch. Anyway Mish we do whatever it takes and thats all there is to it, no boobie implants for me though, I could afford to donate some to a worthy cause lol. Have a fantastic day, breathe the air of the free (my latest saying) xx
