Studies have shown that even with strict adherence to mega supplementation it takes a good 18 months of sobriety to heal our damaged livers and even more if the liver is seriously compromised. And thats not even considering the damage done to the brain, cardiovascular system etc. etc. A small price to pay for optimum health...go on throw everything youve got into it. Sorry for sounding like a drill seargeant, but I think that this part of our recovery is at least 80% of the deal. And btw does your trainer tell you to go hard or piss off home? Thats my motto:H

I know, maybe Tawny would be good enough to sew trendy little pill pockets in the family undies, just gotta make sure they arent too low down or they will end up squashed and unsightly looking
