speaking of vitamin's, i occassionally buy a small bottle of yer average multi vitamin's, Cenovis, i think, from coles cause they're cheap. My question is, does the quality or style/brand of a multi-vitamin make much diff do you know? e.g. there are more expensive multi vits like 'Swiss', or the one De castella used to plug. Any idea if i'm better orf with those, or the cheaper multi vit should still do the trick? Coupled with good eating of course......

Oh Missy, on channel 7's 'sunrise' show this morning they had some shot's of some country around Christchurch, as their weather bloke seems to be there. It is just stunning, as you'd know.

please allow me to butt in... (really it's about the upcoming shower not the vitamin advice)

It does make a diff. But then again, it is possible that big $ vites are crap with big $ advert tabs. There are companies out there that have superior products and a price tag to go with but I don't like to do the distributor/network theme (for example Pharmanex and there's a company whose name escapes me but Zenny knows it). I'm a fan of Pain & Stress Center's 'Brain Link" and the All-One (vitacost) because I can TELL a difference when I take it.
