Hi Mish!

I was reflecting only today, that this site has been more of a support to me during the last 2 year's than i probably realise. One of the big thing's was realising i wasn't alone in this, other folk's stories, and seeing myself in those stories, the info/tip's/education factor, and also a couple of great people i met early on, who i keep regular contact with, and with whom i can share all the gory stuff if i wish, and vice versa. Can't alway's get that opportunity when you need it elsewhere, i've found.

Wholegrain rice, with mix of bean's, spinach, tomatoes, tuna, onions, garlic, chilli, ginger, and a sprinkle of lemon zest, salt and cracked pepper. Beeeewdiful, and quick and easy, just like me.
