I'm so glad you said that. A HUGE part of my life and subsequent depression was doing exactly that. Feeling responsible for/overly identified with EVERY PROBLEM, and completely overwhelmed and helpless about it.
I've learned now that I cam only take care of my patch....and a little bit around it.


Missy: I reckon getting passionate about something deserving, is part of the cure. Redirecting oneself away from the head -up -arse Groundhog Day of alcohol abuse, and forging outward as well. There is SO MUCH great stuff out there.

Physio went GREAT.
I feel 100%...I've found a real healer there.

em.......I think it was you Mr. Geejjitt! What was you on? Too much choc-soy to be sure, having a ADHD moment eh? I could use one of those right now to get me going. Daylight saving doesnt suit me...vampires cant have too much sunlight ya know. Ah Friday morning, what wonderous things befall us today eh? I love Fridays, always have. The prospect of the weekend and doing all sorts of stuff that cant normally be done on a weekday. Left over from schooldays (which I hated with a passion). The weather here looks better so I might just do a spot of bush walking tomorrow. Theres a magnificent range of mountains nearby - The Dial Ranges that I get into regularly. Thick rainforest all the way, beautiful bubbling streams, birdsong and the chance of a wallaby, wombat, tassie devil to get a gander at. Ah the sheer bliss of sobriety.....no doubt about it, this is so much better than laying on the couch, half comatose and feeling sorry for myself.
