Hi All,

Just catching up now that the kidlings have gone home. Though fell into a funk for a few days cos I know how much I will miss them.

Can really feel a lift in my spirits when we have warmer weather. Though not today.

Tawny I am going to try and upload a photo of my irises. I adore them.

Saph can I get a copy of your son's book as well please. My sister was diagnosed 30 years ago and my mum took her to a doctors that specialised in nutrition to help with the condition so would really be interested in your son's story.

Ficks, glad things are working for you. Learning how to handle stress sober is hard...learning how to do anything sober is hard!!!

Look left on your screen to the "User CP" thingy.. Go to "edit avatar" Follow instructions from there (you might need to download images to your desktop)

OK Saffy - go to Google Images and type in the character you want to be. Then drag that pic to your desk top (screen). Then go to User CP, edit avatar. It'll say something like "browse". So you browse until your selected picture comes up ... try that. Don't forget to "save"
